You'll get lifetime access to top tier subscriber status and will get access to updates and features ahead of everyone else. No! The download provides a trial mode that lets you track up to 3 urls and 1 download at a time.
Support is over e-mail. There is a human being monitoring that inbox. Support is delivered as quickly as possible - but priority is given to those who attach their logs.
No problem. Send an e-mail to support@mruniverse.app from the same email you subscribed with, and we'll take care of it - immediately.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds (except for in legitimate scenarios - email us). But we don't want to leave it like this. What we will do is immediately cancel your subscription. Your license key will remain active for the remainder of your license period. As well, because you're angry about something and we want to leave on good terms, we'll go ahead and add month of free access - no hard feelings, right?
This is a simple program that downloads ffmpeg to save streams, tor to anonymize your data, and chromium to automate checking streams and detecting media to download. It then will use these tools every 60 seconds or so to check on a list of urls and try to begin saving any active streams it finds. It also does a bunch of other self-healing stuff to try to recover from all kinds of scenarios that prevent a stream from being downloaded.
This works on quite a few sites that feature creators, streamers, and cams. Give it a shot on your favorite site, if it doesn't work, send us an email at support@mruniverse.app!
This application has not been signed by Microsoft, and likely never will be. This software only automates chromium via a small Go executable compiled for Windows and Linux, for the purpose of saving your streams. We don't even log analytics! The only network communication we use is to validate your activation key for beta testers and paid users!
Compiling for a new Metal-based MacOS is a nightmare of approvals and validations. We here at MrUniverse.app will not deal with anything like that, and the experience for users is too poor unless you pay Apple, go through their process, and get validated. Maybe one day far in the future we'll deal with Apple's crap, but not right now.
